'Back In My Day,' refers the dismissive attitudes often displayed by older generations when it comes to the unique trials and tribulations faced by today's youth in an increasingly unstable economy. The photograph captures myself exerting force against a surface covered in an array of coins. Some coins bear the inscription "Let's play!" a subtle allusion to the grand game of life itself, and a nod to my own playful and youthful nature. This juxtaposition of playfulness against the backdrop of societal challenges represents the enduring nature and spirit of younger generations as they strive for a better, fairer world.
